Job DescriptionSutherland is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our Conversational AI team. This team deploys consumer-facing and agent-facing solutions for leading brands in industries like Media, Telco, Financial Services, Travel, Retail, and more.
As a Sr. Product Manager, you'll have end-to-end product management responsibility for products used by customer end-users, agents, analysts, and operations teams. Key activities include:
- Defining/refining the vision and product strategy for our agent-facing Conversational AI products.
- Developing business, financial, and operational plans to drive growth and success.
- Collaborating with designers and engineers to ideate, design, build, test, deliver, and optimize our solutions.
- Working cross-functionally to take products from conception to launch, driving improvements where needed.
