Contract Administration Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement comprehensive construction plans, incorporating critical timelines and schedules of information.
- Coordinate with professional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Subcontractor Management:
- Manage subcontractor appointments, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and budget constraints.
- Monitor and manage subcontractor performance, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in construction management, preferably with a background in engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional project management skills, including team leadership and stakeholder relationship-building.
- Strong technical knowledge and computer literacy in Microsoft packages.
