The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a New Car Sales Executive in a franchised motor dealership, with a strong track record of consistently selling between 8-10 units per month. They must possess excellent communication skills, be able to connect with customers quickly, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Job Requirements:
• Matric Certificate
• Valid Driver's License
• Proven experience as a New Car Sales Executive in a franchised motor dealership
• Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
• Ability to generate own leads
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment (Sell between 8-10 units per month)
• Reliable references
The successful candidate will need to provide specific documents to apply, including a full CV, qualification certificates, valid driver's license, recent photograph, and three months of commission sheets.
