- Lead the development of alternative Winning at Point-of-sale solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Engage bottlers to focus on execution excellence and drive business results.
- Analyze investment opportunities to optimize ROI for commercial initiatives within the channel.
- Deliver higher ROI on investment within the channels by implementing effective strategies.
- Create coherent plans across channels to drive the right OBPPC (occasion, brand, package, price, and channel), improving system profitability and preventing channel leakages.
- Bring a high level of innovation, particularly in processes for execution solutions to stay ahead in the market.
- Leverage Technology to modernize our presence across the channels and build a competitive advantage.
- Define and implement new processes, products, and commercial solutions to address complex business needs.
- Interact with a diverse range of organizational levels to drive business outcomes.
- Provide consulting and support to Franchise while managing the balance of consulting and providing support.
- Requires sensitivity to franchise issues and experienced interpersonal skills, as well as presentation skills, both verbally and in writing.
