About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Learning Support Administrator to join our team at St Andrew's College. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate student records through systematic filing (physical and digital).
  • Label, organise and manage files efficiently.
  • Transfer and update existing documentation into appropriate files.
  • Collect, collate and support the accommodation application process in real time.
  • Track and monitor application progress, ensuring timely updates.
  • Upload accommodation certificates to individual student profiles on EdAdmin.
  • Maintain and update accommodation lists for teachers and relevant staff.
  • Communicate accommodation decisions effectively to parents and staff.
  • Coordinate weekly test accommodations.
  • Organise exam logistics, including venue bookings, invigilators and payments.
  • Collaborate with teachers for acquiring and formatting digital test materials.
  • Communicate accommodation arrangements with parents, students and staff.
  • Manage administrative tasks for assessments, presentations and IEPs.
  • Arrange IEP meetings with individual students and the Learning Support Specialist.
  • Assist with reading assessments and other educational evaluations.
  • Coordinate Study Skills workshops and follow up on related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain student records on EdAdmin, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Update information on accommodation assessments, reports, interventions, permissions and popins.
  • Assist with scheduling and management of invigilators and facilitators.
  • Support training and onboarding of new invigilators.
  • Process claims and payments for invigilators.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of a relevant qualification (e.g. Office Administration, Educational Support, Educational Psychology/ Psychology, or a related field).
  • Experience in an educational or administrative environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with EdAdmin or similar school administration software.
  • Prior experience in student support services or special educational needs is beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • Familiarity with educational support services and accommodations.
  • Understanding of assessment processes and exam logistics.
  • Knowledge of school administration systems (e.g. EdAdmin).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential student information.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, EdAdmin, and Google Docs/Spreadsheets.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
