Job Description:

The Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team in the Eastern Cape: Amathole Branch. This is a 12-month contract opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide reception services, welcome visitors/clients, and maintain the reception area in a professional manner.
  2. Screen incoming calls, transfer to relevant staff in the branch office, and provide switchboard services.
  3. Handle face-to-face enquiries from visitors, provide administrative support, and control inventory related to the reception area.
  4. Plan and coordinate practitioner diaries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Matric (NQF Level 4)
  2. Office Administration Certificate as an added advantage
  3. 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  4. Knowledge of switchboard systems and Seda's products and services
