Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our manufacturing team, including SOPs, work instructions, and competency guides.
  • Competency Assessments: Conduct competency assessments to evaluate the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop training plans to address these needs.
  • Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR): Develop and implement a WSP and ATR to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage training budgets and costs to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Quality Assessment: Conduct quality assessments to ensure that training programs meet the needs of our team and are delivered to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Education: B Engineering or B.Tech Degree in Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification in Engineering.
  • Certifications: Certificate in Education Training and Development (ETDP) and Certificate in Skills Development Facilitation (SDF).
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in technical training within the manufacturing industry.
  • Additional Requirements: Accreditation as a Learning Assessor will be an added advantage.
