Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet customer service delivery targets by providing exceptional support and ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Conduct thorough damage investigations and root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement and prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for VDS (Vehicle Damage Settlement) and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to ensure compliance and efficient processing.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of vehicle movements on VTS (Vehicle Tracking System) to optimize fleet management and customer satisfaction.
• Report daily and monthly VDS performance to customers in scheduled meetings, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and update price tables to ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Reconcile billing files to ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers.
• Foster strong relationships with dealerships to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Qualification and Skills:
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Logistics or Transportation, or equivalent experience.
• Grade 12 certificate.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in logistics essential.
• Proficiency in computer applications and software, including Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with data analysis, critical.
