Snatch | Accounting & Finance Recruitment seeks a seasoned Accounting Manager to join its team. As a key member of our global operations, you will have the opportunity to gain international exposure while working remotely.

This senior-level position involves managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to inform business decisions.
  • Oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintaining and organizing financial records utilizing QuickBooks Online, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and collaborating with the US-based team to meet deadlines and address queries.
  • Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior accountants and bookkeepers to foster professional growth.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A Professional Accountant (SA) or Associate General Accountant (AGA(SA)) or CGMA qualification, as well as a minimum relevant accounting degree.
  • At least 6 years of experience in an accounting firm, with a focus on team leadership and management.
  • Expertise in managing accounting teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, with the ability to utilize advanced features effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
