Regional Manager Job Description

Our client in the Agricultural industry is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead their team in the Free State province.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and profitability growth by achieving regional targets
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, induction, performance management, and growth and development to motivate and retain staff
  • Provide quality mentorship to team members, upholding the company's values
  • Direct the region's selling activities, including resource deployment and customer interactions
  • Evaluate market trends, gather competitive information, and identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership abilities and sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of the agriculture industry
  • Excellent staff and relationship management skills, as well as business development skills
