Bookkeeper

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Stonebridge HR Solutions. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for performing various accounting and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field will be an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAGE Accounting, Pastel, or Xero software.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and other applications.
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
