Organizational Development Specialist: Employee Experience and Culture Enhancement

We're seeking a skilled Advisor for Organizational Development and Employee Experience to lead our efforts in crafting and championing initiatives that cultivate a vibrant culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging culture initiatives, including recognition programs, onboarding experiences, and diversity training.
  • Work with DEIB leads to design and facilitate experiences promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Design onboarding initiatives to assimilate new hires and drive connectivity within our company culture.
  • Partner with the Rewards CoE to develop and oversee recognition programs that leverage intrinsic and extrinsic motivators.
  • Drive initiatives to activate and promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top talent and retain employees.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure global initiatives meet local requirements and support the adoption of global standards and policies.

Global Teams & Team Effectiveness:

  • Execute and deliver learning support for managers and associates on working optimally in a flexible global world, promoting effective teamwork grounded in trust.
  • Determine how to support teams with hybrid and remote work effectiveness, virtual collaboration, and building team trust and dynamics.

Measurement & Insights:

  • Work with the HR Data Analytics team to execute TU's Employee Engagement Survey and identify trends to inform and affirm our culture.
  • Use appropriate tools to measure success and ensure the employee experience aligns with desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent experience in HR.
  • 6-8 years' experience in learning and development, talent management, diversity, organizational development, or related fields.
  • Strong execution and project management skills, excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience and competency in HRIS/employee platforms, proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Great attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote position that may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
