Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team in Benoni. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial records, assisting with general office administration, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Manage and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare tax documents and support with audits as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3 years proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Elevated level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in payroll management.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.

Educational Requirement:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
