Smith Garb & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Group Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, as well as providing financial guidance and support to our group entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • People Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: CA(SA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • Skills: Strong financial management skills, including financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
  • Knowledge: Syspro knowledge and tax and eFiling knowledge/experience.
