We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Service Director to join our team at Fidelity Services Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our security services, maintaining good relations with clients, and evaluating service levels to make recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement the overall strategy and direction of our security services.
  2. Maintain good relations with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Evaluate service levels provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Oversee the performance of security staff and provide guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration, and accreditation.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the security industry.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and its requirements.
  • People management experience.
  • Administration, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills are required.
  • Strong planning, leadership, organizational skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs.
  • Own reliable transport and valid Driver's License is required.
  • Living within a reasonable distance from the branch or willing to relocate.
