Senior Distribution Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Distribution Manager to join our team at Career-seekers Recruitment Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and distributing CIS investment products, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in this field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for widely communicating and marketing the various strategies of our Company funds to existing and prospective clients. They will also develop a sales strategy for our suite of funds and private client services, and meet defined sales targets.
The Senior Distribution Manager will work closely with our Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer, investment team, and distribution team to achieve our sales objectives. They will be required to create measurement criteria for managing the distribution team, monitor and manage the performance of the distribution team, and set-up client events and meetings to achieve sales objectives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can contribute positively to our culture. The ideal candidate will have a Financial degree (BBA, BCom, B.Bus.Sc) with a CFP or CFA designation, and at least 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
Key Competency Requirements:
- At minimum a Financial degree (BBA, BCom, B.Bus.Sc) with a CFP or CFA designation
- At least 7+ years experience in marketing and distributing CIS investment products
- At least 2 years experience managing a sales team
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
