About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to join our team at RecruiTech. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identifying new sales opportunities through market research and networking
  • Creating and implementing customized sales strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
