Job Overview
The Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda) is seeking a highly skilled Information Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business advice, training, and information on Seda products and services to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide business advice, training, and information on Seda products and services to stakeholders.
  2. Coordinate branch events and activities, ensuring effective dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Conduct assessments and implement interventions to support small enterprises.
  4. Maintain and update database records and marketing materials to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements

Certificate in Business Management or Marketing is required. 3-4 years' experience in a customer-oriented environment, with knowledge of the small enterprise development sector, and exposure to small enterprise development is essential. Events and training coordination experience is also required.


Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary package, including a minimum salary of R273,275 and a maximum salary of R321,500. Benefits include medical aid, provident fund, and leave entitlements.
