**Job Title:** Call Centre Quality Manager
iSON Xperiences is seeking an experienced Call Centre Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to analyze complex data, and communicate effectively.
- We require someone who can monitor transactions for assigned client programs, use quality monitoring tools, systems, and processes as directed.
- The successful candidate will adhere to monitoring requirements to meet sampling objectives and consistently demonstrate accuracy in scoring.
- This role involves participating in internal and client calibration efforts, maintaining knowledge and understanding of assigned client programs' products and processes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor transactions for assigned client programs and use quality monitoring tools, systems, and processes as directed.

**Requirements:**
- Matric qualification.
- Some college education would be advantageous.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Quality Assurance Officer.
