  • Deliver efficient service to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide relevant parts information, ensuring effective resolutions.
  • Complete RFI check sheets for new and cash sale customers, documenting serial numbers and product locations.
  • Communicate relevant policies and procedures to customers that may benefit them.
  • Follow up on quotes that were not converted to sales to understand the reasons behind it.
  • Coordinate with team members on backorders to provide customers with firm ETA dates.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for commission as per Group policy.
  • Be available for standby and overtime as required.
