Are you a creative leader looking to drive innovative campaigns and lead a dynamic team? We're seeking a talented Creative Director to join our team at SPECD (Pty) Ltd, a leading company in the hospitality and gaming industry.

Job Summary:

The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that captivate and engage our audience. This includes managing a talented team of designers, copywriters, and external creatives, guiding them through each stage of the creative process from concept to publication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and external creatives to deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Manager to develop the SunBet Brand and CI guidelines.
  • Manage creative processes from conceptualization to production, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and future design methodologies and marketing strategies in the business, creative, and animation design environments.
Requirements:
  • 3-Year Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
  • 10 years' experience in the industry, with a proven track record of managing successful creative design and multi-discipline teams.
  • Experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
