The Legends Agency in South Africa is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will oversee all essential HR functions and provide comprehensive support to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key responsibilities include employee relations, engagement, recruitment, benefits, legislation, and wellness. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works without supervision, and maintains high standards of work quality. Strong MS Office experience and computer literacy are required.
We estimate the salary for this role to be between R 12 000 to R 18 000 per month, based on industry standards and the location in Knysna. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Organizational / Industrial Psychology is necessary, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. Familiarity with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14, as well as PSiber / HRIS systems, is advantageous.
