Spa Receptionist Job Description

Centre Recruit Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team in Hoedspruit. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all spa guests.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, guest check-in, and payment processing.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of spa software, including CHI Desk and MS Office.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of spa services, products, and special offerings to effectively promote and upsell to guests.
  • Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and inviting environment for guests.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including POPI act requirements.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Health & Skin Care Therapist with a nationally recognized Diploma (minimum 1-year course).
  • Experience required of at least 2 years in a luxury Spa or Hospitality environment.
  • Confident and competent to perform face & body treatments and home-care recommendations.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Experienced in Spa software management (CHI Desk advantageous).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and professional email etiquette.

Commission Structure:

10% on services/retail after working back 50% of the Basic Salary.
