Job Title: Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at Energy at Work Projects. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for managing training projects, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless delivery of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage training projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with trainers, learners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Plan and organize training schedules, including venue bookings and catering arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, including handouts and presentations.
  • Track learner progress and maintain accurate records of training completion.
  • Communicate with learners and stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Assist with the development of training programs, including curriculum design and content creation.
  • Collaborate with the training team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in office administration and 1 year in contact centre experience.
  • Strong administrative skills, including MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of concentration and attention to detail.
