Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Training Administrator to support the smooth operation of our training center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, booking rooms, and preparing training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the training center, including managing schedules, booking rooms, and preparing training materials.
  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for trainees and trainers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback. Ensure all data is entered into the system promptly and correctly.
  • Communication: Liaise with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination of training activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports on training activities, attendance, and feedback to management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or a related field are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a training or educational environment.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
