Operations Management Coordinator

Job Description:
As an Operations Management Coordinator at Junk Mail Marketplace, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business. This includes providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and preparing reports and presentations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Maintain Records and Documentation: Ensure all records, databases, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare Reports and Presentations: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Operational Coordination: Assist in workflow management and process optimization to improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise with customers, reps, and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- Communication & Liaison: Act as a point of contact between departments and senior management.
- Problem-Solving & Support: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or operational role
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
