The Front Desk Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Check-In/Out: Greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, issue room keys, and handle reservations with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by answering inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, and assist with special requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Phone and Email Management: Respond to calls and emails efficiently, direct inquiries to appropriate departments when necessary, and take messages as required.
  • Billing and Payments: Process guest payments, handle billing issues, and provide accurate receipts in a timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate guest records, update booking logs, and prepare daily reports to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues professionally, escalating as necessary to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to multitask effectively, and work well under pressure.
