Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced office receptionist to join our team at Spartan Recruitment Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple priorities, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and willingness to run errands as needed are also essential.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing the front desk, including maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Running errands as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A valid driver's license and willingness to run errands as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
