Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Managing the front desk, including maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Running errands as required.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to run errands as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
