AFGRI Equipment is seeking an experienced Administration Clerk to join their team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with administrative tasks, managing stock, and communicating with clients. As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and invoices
- Process claims, warranty claims, and damaged items
- Capture and manage client relationships
- Generate reports on stock levels, outstanding claims, and purchases
You will work closely with internal and external clients to resolve queries and maintain good relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should be able to work accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Apart from a Grade 12 qualification, you should have at least 1 year of administration experience. Your technical knowledge should include MS Office, and you should have strong computer literacy skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of R180,000 per annum, based on the current market conditions in Gauteng.
