Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs that align with business objectives

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR or equivalent (NQF 5 and above)
  • At least 8 years post-qualification experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of grant application requirements and processes
  • Experience in drafting, compiling, and submitting WSP and ATR to a SETA
  • Knowledge of B-BBEE and Employment Equity legislation
