Job Summary

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to oversee the office operations, provide exceptional client service, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage the daily office activities, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication
  2. Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships
  3. Process and dispatch documents, including delivery notes and supplier invoices
  4. Maintain accurate records, monitor stock levels, and order supplies as needed
  5. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
  7. Provide administrative support to the owner and team members
  8. Perform data entry and capture tasks efficiently
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
  • Tertiary education would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR Services and Recruitment principles
