The Regional On Premise Business Development Manager is a vital position within Red Bull Gruppe, responsible for driving business growth and development in assigned regions. This individual serves as the face of the brand, leading a team to optimize sales, brand presence, and awareness across the On Premise channel.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and implement regional business plans tailored to meet ambitious company goals, continuously assessing execution through field visits and established KPIs.
- Lead and coach direct reports in a motivational manner, focusing on productivity and engagement. Develop and maintain a strong, effective team through succession planning and training.
- Drive horizontal and vertical growth by effectively managing team resources, including budget and POS material, while staying up-to-date with market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the OPMM to design marketing strategies and concepts that leverage the brand and increase product consumption in the evolving On Premise environment.
- Maintain premium On Premise activation and High 5 excellence at third-party and Red Bull events, ensuring consistent availability.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience with a proven track record, ideally 2 years of management experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of the On Premise industry and existing connections in the nightlife scene or HORECA, or the ability to establish them quickly.
- Open, extroverted, and able to approach people confidently, inspiring others with a genuine nature and contagious 'can-do' attitude.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic commercial awareness, with a deep understanding of sales processes and financial systems.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, along with highly developed analytical abilities.
- Social chameleon with self-awareness, adapting communication, presentation, and professional appearance according to audience and setting.
- Clear comprehension of markets, sales, distribution, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in the FMCG context.
- Solid presentation and communication skills, including selling, negotiating, training, coaching, and active listening.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in IOS and MS Office.
- Ready to travel extensively (70-80% of the time).
