Our client, a renowned restaurant, is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Restaurant Manager Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of their esteemed establishment. This senior leadership role demands a strong ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals in delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the smooth execution of daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives to boost sales and efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, particularly for premium meat and wine offerings.
  • Address operational challenges proactively, upholding the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to meet the restaurant's high standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment through regular team meetings and open communication.
  • Ensure staff are knowledgeable about menu items, especially meat and wine offerings.

Guest Experience:

  • Ensure exceptional dining experiences through attentive service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Maintain a visible presence during peak hours, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional guest service.

Financial Acumen:

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to optimize profitability.
  • Set and monitor financial targets, leveraging staff training to drive guest spending.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sr. Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation methods, costings, and wine varietals.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Pilot Software and Advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.
