Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Strategy Manager to join our team at Network Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with deep experience in the tourism or hospitality sectors and a track record of driving profitability and ensuring financial transparency. This role requires strong analytical abilities, commercial acumen, and exceptional communication skills to interact with both financial and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis to support strategic planning, and ensure timely completion of financial forecasts.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow forecasting and support working capital optimization efforts to maintain a healthy cash position.
  • Compliance and Control: Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and maintain high-quality financial controls, including internal audit processes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in tourism or hospitality.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within the tourism or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and profitability drivers relevant to the tourism/hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across departments.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
