We are seeking a highly skilled Service Repair Professional to join our team in Sulphur Springs, TX. As a key member of our model home center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our homes meet the highest standards of excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for repairing common service problems associated with manufactured housing, providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to service calls and ensuring that all repairs are completed in a thorough and timely manner.
  • You will perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition, complete service requests, and perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
  • You will also repair exterior and roof damage, working efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be reliable, dependable, and friendly, with a solid work ethic and a sense of pride in your work. You must also be highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills.

  • You should possess numerous and varied handyman skills, as well as the ability to lift and move furniture, wallboard, water heater, etc. (100 lbs.).
  • You should also have the endurance to perform strenuous tasks, safely climb ladders, and work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong customer relations skills and the ability to excel in and contribute to a team environment.
