This is a full-time position where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, financials, and compliance of 18 sectional title schemes.



The role requires proven experience in sectional title management, strong financial acumen, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, financials, and compliance of 18 sectional title schemes.

  • Utilize WeConnectU and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline administrative tasks.
    \t
  • Chair AGM and trustee meetings, including those held after hours.
    \t
  • Ensure valid driver's license and own transport.
    \t
  • Maintain strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    \t
  • Relevant qualifications in property management will be an advantage.

  • Partner with the company to achieve its goals and objectives.
