Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Persona Staff.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong administrative background with experience in supporting senior-level professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our consultants, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
In addition, you will assist with collating reports, arranging venues, and printing promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist consultants with their projects, including research and data collection
- Collate and maintain reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Arrange venues and print promotional materials, such as posters and leaflets
- Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace
- Coordinate office activities, including mail management and document filing
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports, ensuring timely submission
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system, ensuring easy access to important documents
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years' experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English, with excellent language skills
- A Matric certificate, with a focus on administration or a related field
- Pastel experience is advantageous, but not required
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
The estimated salary for this role is R25,000 - R35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
