We're seeking a skilled Campus Success Associate to support member success and contribute to our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Member Support: Provide individualized coaching and support to members, helping them achieve their goals and overcome obstacles.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and presentations to enhance members' skills and knowledge.
  • Support members in their job search and career development, connecting them with industry experts and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and progress, preparing regular reports and updates for the management team.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive campus environment, promoting a culture of respect and understanding among members.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years experience in coaching, mentoring, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using attendance tracking systems and other administrative tools.
