**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Vector Logistics Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the business strategy, managing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer relationships in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management: Execute the national sales strategy, develop in-store activations to drive sales, manage and monitor strategic target achievement for the region, attend national meetings as required, drive the implementation of the pricing strategy and practices, develop key internal relationships, report on regional competitor activity and performance, develop, implement and manage regional sales objectives, analyze statistics regarding sales, drive the achievement of strategic and operational targets, execute Principals sales team promotional activities, and achieve regional sales budgets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and expand the customer base, understand key customers' in-store processes, gather regional market intelligence, manage regional resources, ensure customer service excellence, resolve escalated customer queries, and conduct Principal Trade Visits.
  3. Financial Management: Control regional sales OPEX budgets and drive achievement of sales and returns targets.
  4. Regional Management: Manage human resources, ensure induction of new employees, maintain leave planners, manage casual labour, sign off payroll for the region, manage regional headcount, ensure IR matters are managed, lead the regional team, conduct performance appraisals, coach team members, manage succession plans, champion training and development, develop high-performance teams, conduct weekly management meetings, and monitor team performance.
  5. Asset Management: Ensure all assets are managed and maintained, ensure vehicle inspections, manage fleet in accordance with company policy.
  6. Hand Held Technology (HHT): Monitor reports, ensure collage is updated, track priorities, sign off store lists, ensure promotional execution, and complete Shelf Health Scorecards.
  7. In-Store and Trade Management: Conduct trade visits, ensure review meetings are actioned.
  8. Returns Management: Report on YTD returns, ensure returns are completed weekly, and report thermally abused stock.
  9. Call Cycles: Sign off call cycles, ensure changes are logged, and ensure all sales employees have a call cycle.
