Job Description

The Client Relationship Manager will support the Account Executive by analyzing, managing and administering a portfolio of clients including credit application processes and quality risk management.

This role requires exceptional service delivery through client education, offering solutions and maintaining relationships.

The ideal candidate will continuously monitor process turnaround times and quality standards, resolving issues speedily to enhance effective client service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Account Executive in managing and administering a portfolio of clients.
  2. Deliver exceptional service through educating clients and ensuring relationships are maintained.
  3. Advise on and provide support for effective resolution of customer queries.
  4. Monitor actual process turnaround times and quality standards.

Requirements:

  1. A relevant Financial Degree (CA preferred).
  2. 3-4 years' relevant relationship experience within the financial/banking sector.
  3. Adaptable and curious with a sales-driven approach.
  4. Thrive in a collaborative environment.
