Records Management Coordinator

The successful candidate will ensure that records management principles are adhered to throughout the record lifecycle, working closely with the Records Management Team to improve information management maturity levels within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of records management policies and procedures
* Classify, index, and store business records according to the approved File Plan and Records Procedure Manual
* Accurately store and maintain records in our electronic records management system
* Assist with the appraisal and disposition of records
* Participate in records management related initiatives or projects
Requirements:
* Matric and relevant post-matric administrative qualification (Diploma)
* 2-5 years relevant working experience in a records management environment
* Knowledge of SharePoint and SAP is a necessity
* Strong computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
* Organized and persistent, with drive and determination to achieve goals
* Effective, versatile, and action-oriented
