As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for the management of the debtors team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable. Your expertise in credit management, risk assessment, and debt collection will be invaluable in driving business growth and maintaining a healthy cash flow. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and managing debtors accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Resolving queries and discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner
• Preparing debtors age analysis and reconciliations to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Handling new credit applications and vetting potential customers
• Conducting risk assessments and credit checks to minimize bad debt

Requirements:

• Matric/ Grade 12 (Certificate required)
• NDip/ BCom in finance/ Credit Management required
• 5 - 10 years Debtors experience
• Risk Management and credit vetting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Acumatica experience (advantageous)
• Foreign/ forex payment/ recon experience
