Senior Credit Controller

Network Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller to join our team. As a Senior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding invoices.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurate Transaction Processing: Process daily payments received and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Invoice and Statement Management: Send invoices and statements to customers promptly and obtain necessary signatures on invoices.
- Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account balances.
- Pro Forma Invoices and Collections: Assist with pro forma invoices for sales orders and regularly review accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and facilitate collections.
- Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions, correspondence, and payment history, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, to resolve payment and billing issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)
- Diploma / degree in accounting
- Credit Management advantageous
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position
- Construction / Rentals industry is preferred
