Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns in accordance with business objectives.
  2. Lead the preparation and execution of innovative marketing initiatives, tracking performance and recommending necessary changes.
  3. Communicate and collaborate with top management on marketing activities.
  4. Oversee new product introductions, providing launch plans and executing them within allocated resources.
  5. Maintain cost-effective management and tracking of the marketing budget.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and codes of conduct.
  7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and service with external and internal customers.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders where appropriate.
  9. Provide proactive support to the sales team, including campaign and tactical plans, marketing material, and field travel.
  10. Manage consultants and marketing agencies.
  11. Contribute relevant input in business reviews and annual planning sessions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. A professional degree in Marketing.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the generic pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Experience within Oncology.
  4. Knowledge of applicable marketing codes and compliance.
  5. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
