Residential Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans aligned with management's vision to maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Source materials, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, working closely with designers and contractors to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 1+ year experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic OPERA system knowledge to ensure seamless operations.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport to ensure timely attendance.
  • Strong project management and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration.
