- One year of experience in a similar role or payroll department.
- A relevant certificate or diploma in Payroll or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
We prefer candidates with:
- Experience working with payroll systems, such as SAGE or ESS.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
