Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Datafin Recruitment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality web applications by conducting manual and automated testing. This will involve designing and implementing systems to identify issues early in the development process, developing and executing comprehensive test plans, and writing detailed documentation for test cases and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.

  2. Design and implement systems to identify issues early in the development process.

  3. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.

  4. Write detailed documentation for test cases and processes.

  5. Develop and maintain automated tests using industry-standard tools.

  6. Identify, isolate, and meticulously track bugs throughout the testing lifecycle.

  7. Record and communicate test progress and outcomes effectively.

  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and testing methodologies.

  9. Conduct and document risk analysis to mitigate potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, with a strong understanding of testing web applications and associated technologies.

  • Proficient in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira.

  • Expertise in test automation tools and strategies, including Selenium.

  • Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.

  • Proficient in Python, SQL, React, and TypeScript.
