We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Milkor Integrated Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Job Summary

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and improve product quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards (ISO, SACAA regulations).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in quality management or quality assurance (Lead Quality Auditor, Internal auditor or Certified Quality Engineer).
  • National Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and quality improvement methodologies.
Estimated Salary

R 120,000 - R 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. The successful candidate will be based in [location], South Africa.
