The Role:

  • Working with customers to understand and document requirements (requirements elicitation and specification)
  • Collaborating with technical leads to grasp API integrations (message flows, error handling, field mappings)
  • Developing test packs for the development team
  • Verifying test results to ensure customer requirements are satisfied
  • Maintaining open communication and collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Crafting traditional requirements documents for customers as well as user stories for dev teams

You will report directly to the Engineering Team Lead and closely work with our customers and development teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Business Analyst to join a high-growth tech company, and grow with our business. You will gain deep domain expertise in the rapidly developing payments industry and play a key role in mission-critical projects at leading South African corporates.

Key Requirements

  • A University degree in Engineering, Science or BCom Information Systems: Proven analytical skills required to operate effectively in complex environments with material impacts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Accurate documentation and seamless communication with our customers are critical.
  • 0-2 years experience in Business Analysis: We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and those with some experience.

  • You may be required to travel to customers as part of this role, with expenses covered by the company.
